Customer support app for consultants

Your clients pay for your expertise, make sure they can feel it.

Between meetings, your clients forget what you do for them. Pointa gives every one of them a personalised knowledge base, a live feed of your thinking and instant answers from Peggi, your AI, tailored to them so they feel your value every day, not just when the invoice lands.

Knowledge base

Your expertise is worth more when your clients can actually access it.

Right now, your best advice is trapped in PDFs and email threads. Pointa turns it into a personalised knowledge base each client can browse anytime — so they get answers without waiting for you, and you stop repeating yourself.

Disciplinary Procedure

1. Informal discussion

The line manager should speak privately with the employee to outline the concern and agree on steps for improvement.

2. First written warning

If the issue persists, issue a formal written warning. The employee has the right to be accompanied at any meeting.

3. Final written warning

A final warning should be issued if there is no improvement. Set a clear review period and expected outcomes.

4. Dismissal

Dismissal is a last resort. The employee must be given the right to appeal within 5 working days.

Client feed

A retainer should feel like a relationship, not a subscription they forgot about.

Your clients hear from you once a quarter and wonder what they're paying for. Pointa gives you a direct feed to every client — share your thinking, flag what matters to them, and stay present without adding hours to your week.

1. Raise it informally

Speak directly with your line manager to try to resolve the issue. If your grievance is about your line manager, approach their manager or HR instead.

2. Submit a formal grievance

If the issue is not resolved informally, put your grievance in writing to HR. Include specific details, dates, and any evidence. HR will acknowledge within 3 working days.

3. Grievance meeting

A meeting will be arranged within 5 working days. You have the right to be accompanied by a colleague or trade union representative. The outcome will be confirmed in writing.

4. Right of appeal

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal in writing within 5 working days. The appeal will be heard by a more senior manager who was not involved in the original decision.
